Our member Ladin's presentation at the Turkey Computational Social Sciences (TCSS) Conference 2024

A round of applause for our beloved member, Ladin Toplu, for her presentation at the Turkey Computational Social Sciences (TCSS) Conference 2024 hosted by Koç University. She presented a research titled “Voices and Influence in the Political Landscape: A Comprehensive Study of Female Members of the Turkish Parliament,” co-authored by Tuğçe Șahinyılmaz and Didem Gündoğdu. SDL stands tall with pride.

Ladin is a Master’s student at the Sociology department of Boğaziçi University. She is currently working on her thesis on attitudes towards abortion in Turkey. Her research interests include demography, reproductive health and fertility, mixed methods research, gender and sexuality.
